Main Considerations

Santiago de Queretaro, located in the State of Queretaro, is in north-central Mexico, a region known as the Bajio that is historically popular among international and domestic companies.

As of 2020, the population in the state of Queretaro was 2,368,467 inhabitants (48.8% men and 51.2% women). Compared to 2010, this represented an increase of 29.6%

In the third quarter of 2024, the labor participation rate in Querétaro was 60.4%, which implied an increase of 1.46 percentage points compared to the previous quarter (59%).
